Getting Started — Orders, Delivery, Payment
What are ultra viewers?
This is a type of service that allows you to flexibly customize your order while working. Also, an exclusive feature of ultra is per-minute payment, you pay only for the time that the order is running. Ultra viewers have a larger selection of functions.
I ordered viewers, but they didn't come.
At the moment, there is a period of time between the launch of viewers and their display on Twitch, usually about 5 minutes. But sometimes it can reach 10-12. If time has passed and there are still no viewers, contact in .
I ordered chat bots, but they don't write.
In order for chat bots to write, you must have follow mode disabled, or you first need to buy followers, then your followers will be used as chat bots.
I bought views, but they didn't appear.
Twitch updates the number of views approximately once an hour. Therefore, you should not expect results right away.
Why do I need promotion?
Nowadays, it is very difficult to gain the attention of the public, because people are reluctant to visit unknown streamers. Thanks to promotion, you can attract new viewers because... you will be higher in the list of streams. This way you will speed up the development of your channel!
Which payment methods does Streamrise accept?
Streamrise accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), SEPA bank transfers for EU customers, PayPal for orders under $200, and direct crypto for USDT, BTC, and ETH. The payment page is PCI-DSS compliant and no card data is stored on our servers. For Twitch Affiliate and Partner streamers we also offer invoiced monthly billing on request. If a specific regional method is missing, contact live chat before ordering — we can usually enable alternatives such as local wallets within one business day.
How quickly does an order start after checkout?
Most Twitch and Kick viewer orders begin delivery within 90 seconds of a successful payment, and the first viewers appear on your Browse page tile shortly after your stream goes live. Follower and Bits-related orders queue instantly but throttle ramp-up to mimic organic pacing. Our median Twitch viewer session authenticates with the channel API in under 3 seconds. If you paid by bank transfer, the order only launches after the transfer clears, which typically takes one to two business days for SEPA and longer for international wires.
I am a first-time buyer — what should I order first?
Start with a small viewer package (25-50 viewers) for one or two streams so you can observe how the Browse page behaves and how Channel Points and engagement metrics move. Avoid combining viewers, followers, and chat in the very first order; isolating each service makes it easier to read the impact. Twitch Affiliate streamers often pair a modest viewer order with a follower batch to protect the 50-follower threshold. Our live chat can recommend a specific package profile based on your current average concurrent viewers and goal.
How Viewer Delivery Works
What are chat bots and viewers in list?
Viewers and Viewers in list are two separate services that can be purchased in the Viewers ultra package for twitch.
- Viewers only affect the viewer counter under the stream.
- Viewers in the list do not affect the viewer counter but appear in the list of viewers (in the chat).
- Chat bots do not affect the viewer counter, but appear in the list of viewers and write your messages in the chat!
- Before using chat bots, you need to download messages in the corresponding "Upload messages" tab in the panel.
- It should be a .txt file and each message should be on a new line.

- Chat bots are counted separately from viewers in the list.
- If you have 50 views on the list and 50 chatbots, there will be a total of 100 on the list.
How does the system select accounts for my order?
The system automatically selects the best accounts for your channel. First, accounts subscribed to your channel and having points are chosen, then just subscribers, then accounts with points, and finally - other random accounts.
Read more about this in the Instructions.
Why are not all my accounts being used?
The system selects only "healthy" accounts - those that are not banned, can write in chat, are not busy with other orders on the same channel and are not overloaded with work. Broken or busy accounts are automatically excluded.
See detailed criteria list in Instructions.
What to do if I don't have enough accounts?
Don't worry! If your accounts are not enough for the order, the system will automatically add missing accounts from StreamRise's general database. For example, if you need 100 accounts and only have 30 working ones, the system will add another 70 from us.
Read more in Instructions.
What are "channel points"?
These are special Twitch points that accounts earn for watching streams, participating in chat and predictions on your channel. Accounts with points look more natural and get priority when selecting.
Read more about this in Instructions.
What does the viewer session lifecycle look like from join to disconnect?
Each viewer session spans three phases: join (authenticating with the Twitch or Kick channel API and loading the player), watch (holding a continuous presence on the stream while respecting the platforms rate limits), and graceful exit at end of schedule. Our median Twitch viewer session authenticates with the channel API in under 3 seconds, then watches for the full ordered duration. If a stream goes offline, sessions pause and reconnect automatically when you come back live within the ordered window, so you rarely "lose" minutes.
Can I run several concurrent orders on the same channel?
Yes, you can stack multiple concurrent orders on one Twitch or Kick channel — for example, Twitch viewers plus chatters plus a follower drip — and Streamrise will coordinate them so the viewer count and message pacing stay realistic. What we block is stacking two identical viewer orders on one channel to inflate counts unnaturally, since that causes Browse page anomalies. If you need a higher viewer count, upgrade the single order rather than duplicating it. Dashboards show each active order and the viewer contribution of each.
Do I need a VPN or proxy on my side?
No. Streamrise handles network diversity server-side, so you do not need a VPN, proxy, or any special router setup to receive delivery. You can keep using your regular internet connection and log into Twitch or Kick Creator Dashboard normally. The only time a VPN could interfere is if your dashboard login IP collides with a restricted region and platform security blocks your own session; in that case use a stable residential connection rather than a datacenter VPN for your creator login.
Affiliate & Partner Path
What exactly does Twitch Affiliate require, and how does Streamrise help?
Twitch Affiliate requires 50 followers, 500 total broadcast minutes across at least 7 different days, and an average of 3 concurrent viewers over a 30-day window. Streamrise helps you hit the 3-concurrent average and the 50-follower threshold, while the broadcast-minute and unique-day requirements have to come from you streaming consistently. Affiliates keep Bits, subscriptions, and ads enabled throughout Streamrise promotion. About 40 percent of our onboarding customers are pre-Affiliate and use a combined viewer + follower plan to cross the threshold in two to four weeks.
How does Streamrise behave across Twitch Affiliate tiers?
Streamrise behavior is identical whether you are pre-Affiliate, Affiliate, or Partner — the viewer, follower, and chatter services run the same way. What changes is the pacing we recommend. Affiliates usually receive matured concurrent viewer shapes designed to support the 3-viewer monthly average without spikes, while Partners tend to use higher-volume but slower-ramp packages to stay consistent with their baseline. Our dashboard exposes the same metrics across tiers. Bits, Hype Train, and Channel Points remain fully functional during delivery and continue to reward your genuine audience normally.
How long does the Partner-path take with Streamrise support?
Reaching Twitch Partner typically takes three to six months of consistent streaming even with Streamrise support, because Partner is a quality-driven review — 25 average concurrent viewers over 30 days, 3 streams per week, and 12 unique broadcast hours. Streamrise reliably supports the concurrent-viewer metric, but you must supply the streaming cadence and content. Kick Creator program has simpler milestones and we see Kick streamers move faster, often within eight to twelve weeks. Keep Affiliate benefits active throughout: Partner eligibility is measured on top of your existing audience activity.
How do Streamrise viewers interact with Hype Train and Channel Points?
Streamrise viewers do not interfere with Hype Train progression or Channel Points accrual for your real audience — they simply count as concurrent watchers. Hype Train triggers from Bits and subscription contributions from your genuine viewers, and those contributions reward normally. Channel Points are awarded by Twitch based on actual time watched by logged-in accounts; promoted viewer sessions are not considered logged-in channel subscribers. The net effect is that your real chatters and subscribers still reach Hype Train thresholds, sometimes faster, because a bigger on-screen viewer count encourages more Bits from real fans.
Does using Streamrise affect my subscription or Bits eligibility?
No — your subscription revenue, Bits revenue, ads, and Twitch Affiliate or Partner status remain eligible while you use Streamrise viewer, follower, and chatter services. We deliver concurrent viewers and followers; we do not touch your monetization pipeline. Subscriptions from real viewers continue to process through Twitch, Bits continue to convert normally, and ad fill is unaffected. Keep your payout details current in Creator Dashboard. If you ever see a monetization anomaly, check the Creator Dashboard revenue page first — 99 percent of the time it is a Twitch-side processing delay, not related to promotion.
Pricing & Tiers
What is the difference between Streamrise service tiers?
Streamrise offers three viewer tiers: Cheap, Standard, and Premium. Cheap viewers are optimized for pre-Affiliate streamers who need a visible count on Browse pages at the lowest cost. Standard is the default for Twitch Affiliate and Kick Creator streamers — balanced pacing, stable session hold, and realistic drop-off shapes. Premium adds regional targeting, longer average session length, and priority queue placement, and is typically chosen by Partners and larger agencies. All three tiers support the same dashboard, the same refund policy, and the same drop-protection guarantees.
Is pricing per-hour or flat-rate?
Viewer orders are priced per viewer-hour: you select a viewer count and a total duration, and the quoted price is the product of the two at your chosen tier rate. Follower and Bits-calculator deliveries are flat-rate per unit of deliverables — you pay for a follower batch or a Bits package, not for time. Chatter plans are hybrid: you choose a chat-activity level and a window of hours, and the price is the combined rate. The pricing page shows the live breakdown before checkout so you can compare tiers side by side.
Do you offer volume discounts or bulk pricing?
Yes. Streamrise applies automatic volume discounts of 5 percent to 18 percent once a single order crosses specified volume thresholds, and the pricing page reflects the tier discount in real time as you adjust the slider. For ongoing customers spending over $500 per month we offer retainer pricing and dedicated account management with custom SLA. Resellers and agencies should contact the Reseller desk for API pricing and margin tiers. Promo codes issued by support staff stack with the volume discount up to a combined cap of 22 percent on most service lines.
Refunds & Drop Protection
What is the refund window and how do I request a refund?
The Streamrise refund window is 30 days from payment date for viewer, chatter, and follower orders that did not deliver as promised. To request a refund, open the order in the dashboard, click Request Refund, and describe the issue; our support team reviews within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, except for crypto payments which are refunded as account balance credits usable across any Streamrise service. Partial-use refunds are calculated pro-rata based on undelivered viewer-hours or undelivered followers.
How does the 60-day follower drop protection work?
Every Streamrise follower order includes a 60-day non-drop guarantee: if your Twitch or Kick follower count drops below the delivered baseline within 60 days, we automatically top it up at no charge. 94 percent of Streamrise follower orders retain 100 percent of delivered count at T+60 days, so top-ups are the exception. You do not need to open a ticket — our monitoring checks your follower count daily and files the refill internally. If your follower delta looks wrong in your dashboard, contact support and we will manually reconcile within one business day.
How is a partial-delivery refund calculated?
Partial-delivery refunds are calculated pro-rata against the units you ordered versus the units actually delivered. For example, if you ordered 100 viewer-hours and 60 were delivered, the refund covers 40 viewer-hours at your tier rate, minus any volume-discount recalculation if the smaller effective order falls into a lower discount bracket. Follower refunds compute similarly per undelivered follower. The refund amount is visible in the dashboard under Order -> Refund Breakdown before you submit the request, so there are no surprises when the credit lands on your card or account balance.
Chatter Messages & Activity
How to use the message generation function?
The message generation function allows you to automatically create messages for your accounts. Here are the steps to use this function:
- Go to the "Message Generation" section in the control panel
- Select accounts for which you want to create messages
- Select a message template or enter text yourself
- Configure generation parameters (e.g., number of messages, frequency, etc.)
- Start message generation
How does the chat message rotation work?
Streamrise chatter messages come from a large rotating pool of natural-language templates, grouped by topic (greetings, game-specific reactions, hype phrases, questions). The rotation engine uses weighted randomness so no single phrase appears twice in a short window, and pacing follows the rhythm of real human chat with variable delays and natural burstiness. You can upload your own custom message list when placing a chatter order, and we will blend your phrases into the rotation. For multi-language streams, switch rotation language from the dashboard before each session.
What about banned words and Twitch/Kick TOS risk?
Streamrise automatically filters every chatter template against an extensive list of terms that Twitch and Kick ban or restrict, including slurs, spam markers, and words that trigger AutoMod. If you upload a custom message list, we re-run the filter before any message is sent. For extra safety, keep AutoMod set to level 2 or higher on your channel — that way any edge case is caught by Twitchs own layer as well. We have never seen a timeout or channel strike attributable to Streamrise chat content on any customer in 2025, and internal QA runs against the TOS rulebook weekly.

What to do if accounts are not being used?
If your accounts are not participating in orders, check the following:
- Make sure accounts are active in the system
- Check that accounts are in working condition
- Make sure accounts are not used in other active orders for the same channel
- Make sure the correct pool is selected in order settings
- After changing the pool in the order, be sure to restart the order
What are live-chat hours and the response SLA?
Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our median first-response time is under 2 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 UTC) and under 8 minutes outside that window. Target resolution SLA for paid customers is 4 hours for order-status issues and 24 hours for complex investigations such as refund calculations or drop-protection reconciliations. If your issue is blocking an active stream, add the "blocking live" tag in the chat intake form and the message is routed to the on-call engineer immediately.
Can I contact Streamrise support via Telegram?
Yes — Telegram support is available through our verified channel @StreamRiseSupport for quick questions and order status updates. Telegram is best for short exchanges; complex issues involving refunds, drop protection, or API integrations should still go through dashboard live chat or email, because those tickets attach directly to your order record. For Reseller and B2B customers we also provide a dedicated private Telegram group with direct access to an account manager. Never share payment or account credentials over Telegram — support will never ask for passwords or card numbers.
Reseller / B2B
How does API key management and webhook delivery work for resellers?
Resellers get a dedicated API key from the Reseller dashboard; each key is scoped to your organization and can be rotated or revoked at any time. The API supports creating and monitoring Twitch and Kick viewer, follower, and chatter orders programmatically, with idempotency keys to prevent duplicate submissions. Webhook delivery sends order status events (created, started, delivered, refunded, drop-protection-refilled) to your configured endpoint with HMAC-SHA256 signatures. Webhook retries run with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours if your endpoint returns a non-2xx. Full API documentation lives at /apidoc and /twitch-smm-reseller-api.
