Streamrise Refund Policy

This refund policy sets out the circumstances under which Streamrise ("we", "us", "Streamrise") will issue a refund for services ordered on stream-rise.com. It applies to all paid orders placed via the website, the PerfectPanel API, and reseller integrations. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
1. Scope and Definitions
Streamrise offers promotion services for Twitch, Kick, and related live-streaming platforms, including viewer sessions, followers, chatters, and chat-panel tooling. Orders are "delivered" when the quantity purchased is present on the target channel within the stated delivery window for the relevant service tier.
Results on third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed. Platforms (Twitch, Kick) may at their discretion remove, throttle, or otherwise enforce action against accounts or channels. We minimize this risk by using residential IPs, fingerprint-spoofed sessions, and traffic patterns modelled after organic viewers, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will not take enforcement actions that affect the deliverable.
2. Undelivered Orders — 30-Day Refund Window
If an order is not delivered within the delivery window advertised on the tariff page and has not started to process within 30 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the order value to the original payment method, or to your Streamrise account balance at your option.
Delivery windows vary by service: viewer sessions begin within 5 minutes of stream start; follower and chatter orders begin within the first hour of queue pickup; tooling services (chat-panel, promotion) begin at activation time. If an order is partially delivered, the refund will be pro-rated against the undelivered portion.
To request a refund under this clause, email refunds@stream-rise.com with your order ID and the symptom observed. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
3. Automatic Refill — 60-Day Window for Follower Orders
All follower orders (Twitch followers, Kick followers) are covered by an automatic refill guarantee for a 60-day period starting on the order completion date. If followers dropped during this window fall below the delivered quantity by more than 5%, we will top up the missing followers at no additional cost.
Refills are triggered automatically by our monitoring service, but if you observe a drop and the refill has not processed, open a ticket at support@stream-rise.com with your order ID. Refills outside the 60-day window are not covered; Twitch and Kick reserve the right to remove inauthentic engagement at any time and Streamrise cannot indefinitely compensate for such platform-level actions.
Viewer-session orders, bit orders, and one-off promotion campaigns are not refillable — they deliver a finite quantity at a fixed point in time and are considered complete on delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Orders that have been delivered in full within the advertised delivery window.
- Orders where the target channel was deleted, suspended, or made private by the platform or the account owner after delivery began.
- Orders paid with cryptocurrency where on-chain confirmation makes the reversal impractical. In these cases we offer a credit to the Streamrise account balance of equivalent value.
- Orders placed by third parties (resellers or their downstream customers) where the end-customer dispute has not first been surfaced to Streamrise via the reseller channel.
- Dissatisfaction with platform-level outcomes that are outside our control — for example, a Twitch partnership review decision, a Kick affiliate eligibility decision, or a platform policy change that affects the value of delivered engagement after the fact.
5. Chargeback Policy
We treat chargebacks as a last resort and strongly encourage customers to contact refunds@stream-rise.com before filing a dispute with their card issuer. In almost every case a direct refund is faster and removes the risk of your payment method being flagged by our processor.
Where a chargeback is filed without a prior refund request to Streamrise, we will respond to the dispute with evidence of delivery: order logs, IP-session metadata, platform-side confirmations of viewer/follower presence, and timestamps establishing in-window delivery. Customers with upheld chargebacks (where delivery evidence was sufficient) may have their account restricted from future orders.
How to dispute a delivery concern without a chargeback:
- Email refunds@stream-rise.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue.
- Include any screenshots showing the platform-side symptom (missing viewers, dropped followers, etc.) and the approximate time observed.
- We investigate within 2 business days and reply with either a refund confirmation, a refill trigger, or a request for additional detail.
- If the outcome is unsatisfactory, escalate by reply to the same thread asking for a senior review. Escalations are handled within 5 business days.
6. Refund Mechanics
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible (card refund, e-wallet reversal) and usually post within 3–10 business days depending on the issuer. For payments where original-method refunds are not feasible (expired cards, closed e-wallets, cryptocurrency), we issue the refund as Streamrise account balance, which can be applied to future orders or withdrawn through our standard payout flow where supported by your region.
Partial refunds are pro-rated against the undelivered portion of the order based on our internal delivery logs. Processing fees charged by the payment provider on the original transaction are not deducted from the refund — we absorb those.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, in payment-processor requirements, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect your rights as an existing customer will be communicated by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
