The Twitch SMM panel built on a
reseller API.

A reseller API that runs on the same controller as our retail orders — not a thin re-seller of someone else's panel. One key drives Twitch and Kick services (viewers, followers, views, chatters) through a PerfectPanel-compatible endpoint and native HTTP endpoints. Live per-1,000 rates are published in the table below — with the real volume tiers built into billing — and your partner discount applies on top, per key. No card-on-file, no markup-on-a-markup, and the same refund path your customers would get on the retail site.

What makes this a source SMM panel, not another reseller?

A thin SMM panel buys capacity from another panel and re-sells its endpoints. You inherit its delivery, its refund rules and its outages — and you can only ever poll a middleman for status. Streamrise owns the controller that runs every order, retail and API alike. The cards below are what that ownership buys you, and where we draw the honest line on what the API does not do.

01 · Source, not reseller-of-resellers

Every order runs on our own controller.

Retail traffic and API traffic share the same delivery plumbing — the same controller spawns the worker, the same system reconciles refunds. There is no upstream supplier between you and delivery, so there is no second-class API queue and no markup stacked on a markup. When an order needs a human, it is our engineer on our system, not a ticket forwarded to a panel you cannot see.

RESELLER → MIDDLEMANSOURCE → YOU
02 · One API, two platforms

Twitch and Kick from a single key.

One key, one balance, one set of endpoints. Address a service by name — twitchViewers, kickViewers — or by its numeric PerfectPanel ID. Viewers, followers, views and chatters all come from the same catalogue, so you integrate once and sell across both platforms. The honest flip side: we expose the families the backend actually runs, no padded service list.

03 · Child-panel ready

Bring your own panel; we are the delivery layer.

Run your own storefront — your brand, your pricing, your customers — and point it at our API for fulfilment. The PerfectPanel-compatible endpoint is a drop-in for existing panel software; native /api/* endpoints give you families, price tables and per-service field metadata when you want more than the protocol exposes. We do not sell a child-panel SaaS: we are the source your child panel calls.

# POST /perfectPanel
{
  "key": "YOUR_API_KEY",
  "action": "add",
  "service": 1,
  "quantity": 100
}
04 · Honest engineering

Key-auth, copy-paste examples, real status.

Authentication is a single `key` value — no OAuth dance, no token refresh. Every endpoint ships cURL, Node and Python examples you can paste. Order status is pushed in real time over a WebSocket feed — the same live feed our own panel runs on — with /api/getOrders polling as the fallback; classic HTTP webhooks are on the roadmap, and we will not call a socket a webhook. There is no idempotency key today, so the docs tell you to check /api/getOrders before retrying a write — we would rather say that than ship a silent foot-gun.

05 · What we don't promise

No outcome guarantees, no uptime theatre.

Being the source means we control delivery — it does not mean we control outcomes, and we will not print a number we cannot keep for every account. No guaranteed results, no headline uptime percentage. We publish incidents instead of an SLA poster. The trade is honesty: you always know what the API will and will not do.

Source panel vs reseller-of-resellers?

Two ways to plug an SMM panel API into your business. One owns delivery; the other re-sells another panel's endpoints with a markup. Read across the row for what changes when there is no middleman between your order and the controller that fulfils it.

These are the exact rates the retail site prices from; your partner discount applies on top, per key. Higher sustained volume is quoted per partner.

How do you start reselling?

From signing up to your first live order is a short path. No sales call to read the docs, no card on file to test against the catalogue. Three explicit steps below; the longest part is wiring your own panel to the endpoints once.

01Get your key

Create a panel account and copy your API key.

Sign up, and your key lives in your dashboard. Every endpoint authenticates with that `key` value — no OAuth, no token refresh. Start with a read-only call like /api/getServices to confirm it works.

≈ 1 min
02Integrate

PerfectPanel-compatible or native, with examples.

Point existing panel software at /perfectPanel for a drop-in, or use the native /api/* endpoints for families, prices and field metadata. Every endpoint ships cURL, Node and Python you can paste straight in.

≈ an afternoon
03Push orders

Create orders, get status pushed live.

Call /api/newOrder (or perfectPanel add) to create an order; you get an orderId back. Subscribe to the WebSocket feed and statuses are pushed to you live — or poll /api/getOrders / perfectPanel status on a sensible cadence.

live in a day

Why resell through the source instead of a panel?

Generic API pages list adjectives ('fastest', 'best'). This section lists what is concretely true and checkable: one controller behind every order, key-auth you can read in the docs, status you poll from our own system, and a plain line on what is not shipped yet.

01 / One controller
1delivery system

Retail and API orders run on the same controller — no upstream supplier.

The whole point: there is no panel between you and delivery. The same controller that runs orders from our retail site runs orders from your API key, reconciled by the same refund mechanism. A reseller-of-resellers cannot offer that, because it does not own the system the order actually runs on.

02 / Status
Pushover WebSocket

Order status is pushed to you live — no polling loop required.

Open the WebSocket feed, authenticate with the same key, subscribe to order updates — statuses stream from the controller the moment they change, the same feed our own panel runs on. Poll /api/getOrders or PerfectPanel status as the fallback. Classic HTTP webhooks are on the roadmap; we will not call a socket a webhook.

03 / Key-auth
keynot OAuth

One `key` value authenticates every call. No token refresh to babysit.

04 / One key

07 / Honest scope
Notheatre

We publish incidents, not an uptime percentage we cannot keep.

No guaranteed outcomes, no headline uptime number, and no pretending webhooks or idempotency keys are live when they are not. The docs tell you to check /api/getOrders before retrying a write today. The trade is that you always know exactly what the API does and does not do.

How does an order flow through the API?

The path in plain terms, with the real endpoint shapes from /apidoc. Auth is a `key` parameter. The host is stream-rise.com — no api. subdomain, no /v3 prefix. Errors come back HTTP 200 with a small JSON body. Five steps from key to delivered.

1 · Auth

Authenticate with your key

Pass key=YOUR_API_KEY as a query parameter or in the JSON body on every call. No Bearer token, no OAuth grant — the key is the credential.

2 · Catalogue

Read the live service catalogue

GET /api/getServices?key=… returns every service grouped by family; /api/getPrices gives per-tier rates and /api/getParamsLimits the min/max bounds.

3 · Create

Create the order

GET /api/newOrder?key=…&service=twitchViewers&channel=username&amount=100 creates an order and returns its orderId plus initial state. PerfectPanel users call /perfectPanel with action:add.

4 · Status

Get status pushed — or poll it

Connect to wss://stream-rise.com, send {"key": "…"} to authenticate, then subscribe to ordersUpdates — order statuses are pushed live, the same feed our panel uses. Fallback: poll GET /api/getOrders?key=… or PerfectPanel status (charge, start count, status, remains).

5 · Errors

Handle the 200-with-error shape

Errors arrive as HTTP 200 with a small { "error": … } body. There is no idempotency key yet, so check /api/getOrders before re-submitting a write that may have already gone through.

# 1 · create an order (native)
GET /api/newOrder
  ?key=YOUR_API_KEY
  &service=twitchViewers
  &channel=username
  &amount=100
# → { "orderId": 12345, "order": { … } }

# 2 · live status over WebSocket
wss://stream-rise.com
→ {"key": "YOUR_API_KEY"}
→ {"event": "subscribe", "thread": "ordersUpdates"}
# ← order updates pushed as they happen

# 2b · fallback: poll
GET /api/getOrders?key=YOUR_API_KEY
# → { "12345": { "status": … } }

FAQ · 09

Frequently asked questions about the Twitch SMM panel API.

Honest answers using the 5-element template (answer / when / example / drawback / next step). Engineering questions reach our team faster than support if you include a request ID.

What is an SMM panel?
An SMM panel is a storefront and API for ordering social-media marketing services — viewers, followers, views, chatters — programmatically instead of one purchase at a time. Resellers use a panel API to plug order creation straight into their own dashboard or bot. When it applies: any time you sell delivery to your own customers and want to automate fulfilment. Concrete example: a customer buys on your site, your backend calls our API to create the matching Twitch order. The honest distinction: most panels just re-sell other panels — Streamrise runs delivery on its own controller. Next step: get a key and call /api/getServices to see the live catalogue.
What is a child panel?
A child panel is your own SMM-panel storefront running on top of someone else's delivery API — you own the brand, pricing and customer relationship, while the underlying orders are fulfilled through the upstream API. With Streamrise you bring your own panel (the storefront) and point it at our API for delivery. When it applies: you want to resell Twitch and Kick services under your own name. Concrete example: your child panel takes the customer order, marks up the rate, and creates the real order through our key-authed endpoint. The honest limit: we do not sell a child-panel SaaS — we are the delivery source your child panel calls. Next step: read the API reference, then request partner volume rates.
How do I get an API key for the SMM panel API?
Create a panel account, then your key lives in your dashboard — every endpoint authenticates with that key value, passed as a query parameter or in the JSON body. There is no OAuth flow and no Bearer token to manage. When it applies: as soon as you want to call the API in test or production. Concrete example: GET /api/getServices?key=YOUR_API_KEY returns the live catalogue. Drawback: keep the key secret — it authorises real orders against your balance. Next step: sign up, copy your key, and fire the first read-only call.
How much does reselling cost — what are the partner rates?
The live rate table above shows every service with its API name, the base rate per 1,000 units, and the volume tier at which the rate steps down automatically — those thresholds are built into our billing, not a promo. The numbers come from the same pricing system the retail site uses, and your partner discount applies on top, per key. When it applies: budgeting your margin before you integrate. Concrete example: the per-1K rate in the row is what the order costs you through the API — your markup on top is your business. The honest limit: higher sustained volume is priced per partner rather than published, because we quote what we can actually hold for your profile. Next step: compare a row against what your current upstream charges you per 1,000 for the same delivery.
What are the rate limits?
The trial bucket is 60 requests per second, which is enough to integrate, test and run normal reseller volume. Higher sustained throughput is available to partners and is set by request rather than published as a fixed number. When it applies: bulk status polling or high order-creation bursts. Concrete example: poll order status on a sensible cadence rather than hammering /api/getOrders in a tight loop. The honest framing: we quote real limits per partner instead of advertising a headline number we cannot guarantee for everyone. Next step: tell us your expected peak when you request access.
How is this different from reselling a reseller?
Most "SMM panels" are middlemen: they buy capacity from another panel and re-sell its endpoints with a markup, so they cannot fix delivery, set the refund path, or tell you the real order status — they are polling their own supplier. Streamrise owns the controller that runs every order, retail and API alike. When it applies: any time delivery quality and a real refund SLA matter to your customers. Concrete example: when an order needs intervention, it is our engineers on the same system, not a support ticket forwarded to an upstream you cannot see. The honest limit: being the source means we will not promise outcomes we do not control. Next step: compare the source-vs-middleman table above.
Which services and platforms does one key cover?
A single key covers both Twitch and Kick — viewers, followers, views and chatters across the families the backend exposes. The same key, same balance and same endpoints work for either platform; you address a service by its name (e.g. twitchViewers) or its numeric PerfectPanel ID. When it applies: you resell more than one platform and do not want two integrations. Concrete example: create a Twitch viewers order and a Kick followers order through the same /api/newOrder endpoint, only the service value changes. Next step: call /api/getServices to read every service available to your key.
What is the refund and delivery SLA for API orders?
API orders share the same controller and the same refund path as retail orders — there is no second-class API queue. If an order is not delivered as described, the refund follows the same policy your retail customers would get. When it applies: any order that under-delivers on our side. Concrete example: a partially delivered order is reconciled through the same refund mechanism, not parked on an upstream supplier's balance you cannot reach. The honest limit: we publish incidents rather than advertise an uptime percentage we cannot promise per-account. Next step: ask for the partner SLA terms in writing before you go live.
Is the API PerfectPanel-compatible? Are there webhooks or real-time updates?
Yes to PerfectPanel — a single POST /perfectPanel endpoint switched by an "action" field (services, balance, status, add, cancel), a drop-in for software that already speaks the protocol, plus richer native /api/* endpoints. Real-time updates are live over WebSocket: connect to wss://stream-rise.com, send your key as the first message, subscribe to ordersUpdates, and order statuses are pushed as they change — the same feed our own panel runs on, with /api/getOrders polling as the fallback. When it applies: migrating an existing PerfectPanel integration, or building a status-driven dashboard without a polling loop. Concrete example: point your existing panel software at /perfectPanel and your services, balance and add-order calls work unchanged, while the socket feeds your status column. The honest limit: classic HTTP webhooks — a POST to your URL — are still on the roadmap, and there is no idempotency key yet, so check /api/getOrders before retrying a write. Next step: read the full API reference for the request and response shapes.
About · Streamrise

One engineering team. No outsourced controller.

I'm Alex Morrison, SMM operator since 2014 and lead on the Streamrise controller since launch in 2021. We built the reseller API on the same controller that runs our retail orders because the alternative — re-selling another panel's endpoints — means you cannot fix delivery, set the refund path, or even tell a customer the real status. So the API is honest about its edges: key-auth, not OAuth; status pushed over the same WebSocket feed our panel runs on, while classic HTTP webhooks stay on the roadmap; check getOrders before retrying because there is no idempotency key yet. Real plumbing with real limits beats a feature list we cannot ship.
