FAQ · 08Frequently asked questions about buying Telegram members.
The questions that arrive most often in our support inbox, each answered the way an answer engine likes to read: state the answer, say when it applies, give a concrete example, name the drawback, and point to the next step.
Are these real Telegram members or bots?
They are members from real accounts, not virtual-number bots a script spins up by the thousand, and they show in your channel's member count. One honest caveat: real here does not mean strangers who found the channel on their own and chose to join. They are real accounts you paid to add, so treat the count as a floor you control, not organic discovery. Every order ships a per-minute delivery log you can check against your own member count.
Will the members stay, or do they drop off?
We deliver no-drop members, and we back it with a 30-day refill, so the count you pay for is the count that holds. We will be straight with you: Telegram runs its own periodic cleanups and can remove accounts it judges inactive, so a small amount of natural settle is normal in any channel. That is exactly what the 30-day refill is for — if the count dips below what you ordered inside the window, refill tops it back up without a ticket.
Will buying members get my channel banned?
Telegram's Terms discourage artificial inflation of metrics, and we are not going to pretend that line does not exist. We cannot promise zero risk, and any service that claims a guarantee is lying. What lowers risk in practice: real accounts instead of obvious bots, a paced ramp instead of an instant spike, and order sizes that stay sensible next to your channel's normal numbers. If your channel is brand-new or already restricted, open a support ticket before you order so we can advise on a safe shape.
How fast do members start arriving?
On a typical order the first members join shortly after payment, then the rest ramp in gradually depending on the pacing for your order size, rather than arriving all at once. Larger orders are spread over a longer window on purpose — a slow, natural rise is both safer and more believable than a vertical wall. If you need timing around a launch or a paid promo, message support before you order so we can plan the curve.
Do you need my Telegram phone number or login code?
No. We never ask for your Telegram phone number, login code, 2FA password, or session string. We only need the public channel or group reference — the @username (e.g. @yourchannel) or the t.me invite link. Any service in this category that asks for your login code is hijacking accounts. If a competing panel asked for your code and you entered it, terminate other sessions in Telegram's Active Sessions settings and turn on a 2FA password right away.
How do refunds work if delivery falls short?
If we miss the order, the refund goes back to your original payment card, not to a store balance. The shortfall is read straight from the per-minute delivery log and refunded automatically, so you do not have to argue the case. Card refunds clear on your issuer's schedule, usually a few business days. If nothing shows after about ten business days, send the order ID to support and we will chase the processor reference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard through card processors that work with our category, USDT TRC-20 for crypto, and YuKassa, Robokassa, CloudPayments, or Prodamus depending on your region. We do not accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal merchant, Lemon Squeezy, or Paddle, because those processors decline our merchant category at policy level. USDT TRC-20 works as a global fallback if your preferred method is not listed.
Can I combine members with post views or reactions?
Yes. Pairing members with a sensible number of post views and a few reactions is a common combination, because a channel with members but no activity on the posts can read as off. The thing to watch is balance: a large member count with almost no views or reactions looks unnatural, so keep the views- and reaction-to-member ratio believable. You can order Telegram post views and reactions as separate items on the same channel.
