This Agreement applies together with the following documents published on the Website:
- the Public Offer — the agreement for the provision of services that you conclude with the Contractor when you pay for an order or top up your balance;
- the Privacy Policy — how we process personal data;
- the Refund Policy — how refund requests are handled.
The purchase of services is governed by the Public Offer. If this Agreement and the Public Offer differ on a question related to the provision of services, payment or refunds, the Public Offer prevails.
2. Terms used
- User — any person who uses the Website, including a Customer.
- Customer — a User who places and pays for an order for the Contractor's services.
- Services — the Contractor's services for the promotion and informational and marketing support of streaming channels and other digital resources, described on the Website.
- Personal account — the personal area of the Website where the Customer's orders and internal balance are recorded. The internal balance is not a bank account, a deposit or an electronic means of payment.
3. Age and capacity
Services may be ordered only by persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, or by representatives of legal entities and sole proprietors acting within their authority.
4. Personal account
A personal account is created when you register or place your first order: the e-mail address you enter at checkout becomes your login. You must provide accurate and current information and keep your login details, links to the control panel and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all actions performed using your credentials.
The Contractor may suspend or block a personal account in the cases set out in Section VIII of the Public Offer, including attempts to circumvent the system, fraud or a chargeback without lawful grounds.
5. Prices, ordering and payment
- The description of each service and its price are published on the Website. The price that applies to an order is the price shown at the moment of payment.
- Services are paid in advance in full (100% prepayment). Paying for an order or topping up the internal balance means acceptance of the Public Offer.
- Card payments are processed on the secure payment page of a certified payment processor. Card details are not transferred to, processed or stored by the Contractor.
- The e-mail address you enter at checkout is used to send you the payment receipt and order information and may be provided to the payment processor that handles your payment.
6. Delivery of services
Services are provided online; there is no physical delivery. Depending on the service, performance starts automatically after payment or when you launch the service from your personal account. The expected start time and delivery speed of each service are stated on its page on the Website. Actual timing may vary with technical conditions and with the conditions of the streaming platforms, and an order may be delivered in parts.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made in the cases and in the manner set out in Section VII of the Public Offer and described in the Refund Policy:
- if your balance holds funds that have not been used to pay for services, you may request a refund of those funds without stating reasons; commissions of payment services and banks are not refunded;
- if a paid service was not rendered, the money is refunded; if it was rendered improperly, the Contractor offers options for correcting it;
- money paid for services that have been rendered is not refunded;
- a refund request is sent to support@stream-rise.com and considered within up to 5 business days; the amount is determined from the debit operations on your balance, and the refund is made only to the payment details used for the payment.
