Why Premium outperforms assembling products yourself

advant
Ratio-locked across 4+ products
Running separate orders = pipelines that drift. Premium maintains them in harmony under one scheduler. The drift problem is invisible on the first hour of broadcast but visible by hour three — viewer count follows one rotation curve, chatter count follows another, the ratio wanders from 18% to 7% to 25% over a session. For a moderator scanning chat for manipulation signs, a chat-to-viewer ratio bouncing by factor 3× in two hours is the single most reliable tell. Premium eliminates that: the orchestrator re-evaluates ratios every 30 seconds and nudges each subsystem toward the target. If a viewer session drops because its backend pool hit a natural rotation boundary, the corresponding chatter session throttles within the same minute. The result is a flat ratio across the entire broadcast.

Raid simulation
No other product on the site offers this — other channels appearing to send viewers to yours via a raid event is a Premium-exclusive feature. Raid simulation uses Streamrise-owned raider channels with real stream histories and real viewer bases. Incoming raids land on your channel as a normal Twitch raid event (raid banner, raid chat message, raid emote burst), chatter participation in the raid-reaction window is scripted from the raider channel's own chatter cohort, and the arriving viewers settle into your ambient pool for the rest of their session. Raid frequency is configurable from none (pure viewer + chatter Premium) to every 60 minutes (maximum, used sparingly on event streams). Default on daily orders is every 120 minutes, which matches the observed raid cadence on mid-sized English-speaking Twitch channels during prime hours.

Poll auto-participation
When you run a poll mid-stream, Premium's chatters automatically vote with realistic distribution across the first 60–120 seconds of the poll window. Vote skew is configurable: balanced (default, roughly even across choices with small random noise), skew-positive (favours the first option, useful for sponsor-read polls where the sponsor wants a visible yes), or skew-random (genuinely unpredictable, useful when the poll outcome is narratively meaningful). Not every chatter votes — a fraction matching real-chat poll participation (roughly 60–75%) is configurable. The same engine handles channel-points giveaways: active giveaways get entries at a paced rate matching how real chatters enter giveaways, with no submissions after the giveaway closes.

About — what Premium bundles together

Premium is the full-experience package: geo-configurable viewers + chatters at realistic ratio + raid-simulation events + poll and giveaway participation — all orchestrated under one order, one price and one renewal cycle. Instead of running four separate products that drift out of sync over a live broadcast, Premium runs them under a single scheduler so the channel presents a coherent audience picture: viewer counts rise and fall together, chatter cadence matches viewer counts, raids happen when the recommendation system would produce them, and poll participation tracks the chatter pool automatically. Premium has been a single SKU on Streamrise since 2021 and is designed specifically for streamers at or above Twitch Partner scale who need one invoice for accounting and one dashboard for day-to-day monitoring. A typical Premium customer runs 150–500 concurrent viewers across a 6–10 hour daily broadcast, with chatters at 15–22% ratio, raid events roughly every two hours, and poll-auto-participation on. The underlying subsystems are the same subsystems used by the à la carte products — identical account pool, identical geo logic, identical session-hold curves — but their coordination layer is what makes Premium different. Geo-targeting precision is the first engineered advantage. Base viewer orders accept a country filter; Premium accepts country plus region within large countries (US West / US East / US South / US Midwest; EU West / EU East / CIS; LATAM split by North / South; APAC by JP / KR / SEA). Region splitting matters when your channel language or sponsor read is geo-specific — a US-West-only stream should not have its viewer composition skewed toward CIS timezones at 3am UTC, and a Brazilian channel should not show up with 40% Russian chat during a Portuguese broadcast. Streamrise's geo pool has been accumulated over nine years; the country distribution of accounts in each region mirrors census-weighted internet usage, not whatever countries were cheapest to acquire from. Chatter inclusion is the second layer. Premium chatters are drawn from the same chatter engine as the standalone product but with orchestration rules that base-tier orders cannot access: chatter count scales with viewer count in real time (if viewer count drops 20% because a scheduled drop executed, chatter count drops the same 20% in the same minute), chatter tone swaps automatically if your stream category changes (category detection polls Twitch's public category signal every 60 seconds), and chatter reaction-bursts are triggered by the same events that trigger reactions in real chat (sub notifications, bit cheers, raid-in events, clip-of-the-moment). This is the part nobody replicates by stacking à la carte products — even if you ordered a chatter add-on manually the rate and tone would not sync to real-time stream events. Raid simulation is the third layer and is unique to Premium. Real raids from mid-sized channels are Twitch's biggest discovery signal; the problem is that organising incoming raids from real streamers is either paid promotion (expensive, slow) or community favour (unreliable). Premium simulates incoming raids from our raider-channel pool — these are Streamrise-owned channels with their own watchable stream histories, their own viewer base, their own emote sets, their own follower counts. When a raid event fires on your Premium order, the raider channel's own viewer cohort (drawn from its historical pool) lands on your channel as a raid, sees your content, participates in chat for the raid reaction window, and then settles into the ambient viewer pool. To viewers on your channel the raid looks like any other incoming raid from a mid-sized streamer. Raid frequency is configurable from none to every 60 minutes; default is every 120 minutes on daily orders. Poll and giveaway participation closes the loop. When you start a Twitch poll mid-stream, Premium chatters automatically vote with a realistic distribution (configurable — balanced default, skew-positive for sponsor reads, skew-random for genuine chat-choice moments). When you run a channel-points giveaway, chatters in the pool submit entries at the rate a real chat would. Neither feature exists in any standalone product Streamrise sells; both are Premium-only. Premium tier unit economics explained honestly: Premium daily pricing is roughly 15–20% above the sum of equivalent à la carte viewer + chatter + raid + poll orders. That premium pays for (1) the orchestrator licence that coordinates four subsystems in sync, (2) the dedicated raider-channel pool which is capex-heavy to build and maintain, (3) the category-detection polling and dynamic chatter-pool swap logic, and (4) bundled 24/7 priority support with a named account manager at monthly commits above $3,000. For Partner-tier streamers running 300+ viewers daily with chatter and raid needs, the Premium price works out below the arithmetic sum because the line items are consolidated, the account manager covers what would otherwise be support-ticket time, and the orchestration prevents mismatch events that manifest as chat-or-viewer-count drift visible to moderators.

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to popular questions about our services for streamers

Cost vs à la carte?
Premium daily is typically 15–20% above the sum of equivalent à la carte viewer + chatter + raid + poll orders. The premium pays for (1) the orchestration layer that keeps four subsystems in sync and eliminates cross-product drift, (2) the dedicated raider-channel pool that cannot be accessed from à la carte, (3) the category-detection polling and dynamic chatter-pool swap logic that adapts chatter tone to stream category, and (4) bundled 24/7 priority support with a named account manager at monthly commit above $3,000. Partner-tier streamers running 300+ concurrent viewers with chatter and raid needs often find the Premium price lower than the arithmetic sum once account-manager time and consolidated invoicing are included.
Safe for Affiliate applicants?
Premium default config is tuned for Partner-level channels. Applicants: stick to Affiliate-Safe + basic chatter. Premium raid feature is an applicant-flag option.
Configure raid frequency?
From none to every 60 minutes. Default 120 minutes.
What makes raids look real?
Raider channels are real Twitch channels from our raider pool with watchable stream histories, real viewer retention from prior broadcasts, and real follower counts. They are not empty-history ghost accounts. When a raid fires, the raider channel's own viewer cohort — accounts that have watched that raider channel on prior streams — lands on your channel in the raid, chats briefly in the raid-reaction window with content drawn from a raid-specific pool, then settles into your ambient viewer pool. From your channel's moderator view a Premium raid is indistinguishable from a natural mid-size-streamer raid: raid banner appears, chat fires the standard raid message, reaction window has the expected 20–40 chat messages across 2 minutes, then chat cools down.
Chatters interact with polls?
Yes — vote distribution is configurable at checkout or in the dashboard. Defaults are balanced across choices with small random noise matching real-chat polling behaviour. Available modes: balanced (even distribution), skew-positive (favours the first option), skew-random (picks a random target per vote), and custom-percentages (you specify the target split and the orchestrator votes toward it). Not every chatter votes — a fraction in the 60–75% range participates, matching what real chat does when a poll goes live. Channel-points giveaways use the same engine and submit entries at a human-paced rate during the active giveaway window.
Available on Kick?
Kick-equivalent Premium is in development but not launched as of 2026-04.

How Premium's multi-system orchestration works

Premium bundles viewers, chatters, raid events, polls and giveaway entries under one orchestrator. The orchestrator maintains a single event loop per channel: it reads live Twitch state every 30–60 seconds (stream online / offline, category, active room modes, whether a poll or giveaway is running), compares that state to the configured targets for the Premium order, and decides what each subsystem should do next. Subsystems (viewer pool, chatter pool, raid scheduler, poll/giveaway voter) are stateless callers into the orchestrator, which means no subsystem goes out of sync with another. Geo-targeting in Premium operates on a per-session basis, not a per-order basis. Each viewer session carries a geo tag (country + region within large countries); the orchestrator selects sessions from the pool using a target distribution you set at checkout (e.g. "60% US, 20% EU, 10% LATAM, 10% CIS"). If a session drops mid-order, the replacement is drawn from the same geo distribution. Over an 8-hour daily order this means the aggregate geo split stays within a couple of percentage points of what you configured, even as individual sessions rotate. Raid simulation is the hardest engineering piece and the one that most closely ties Premium to Streamrise-owned infrastructure. Raider channels are real Twitch channels on Streamrise-operated accounts with their own stream history (regular gaming broadcasts, real viewer retention, actual Twitch clips from previous streams). When a raid event fires, the raider channel's viewer cohort — specifically the accounts that have watched that raider channel before — lands on your channel as a raid, participates in chat for 2–4 minutes (the typical raid-reaction window), then disperses into your ambient Premium viewer pool. This requires a standing pool of raider channels with enough historical viewership that a raid of 80–150 viewers does not come from an empty-history channel. Poll participation is driven by chatter accounts that are already in the pool for your channel. When Twitch's poll API signals an active poll on your channel, the orchestrator queries the current chatter list, picks a participation fraction (configurable, default ~70% of chatters), and submits votes at a human-paced distribution across the first 60–120 seconds of the poll window. Vote distribution across choices is configurable at checkout. Giveaway entries follow the same logic for channel-points giveaways: the orchestrator detects an active giveaway, chatters submit entries at a paced rate, and the orchestrator stops entry when the giveaway ends.
