Instead of running four separate products that drift out of sync over a live broadcast, Premium runs them under a single scheduler so the channel presents a coherent audience picture: viewer counts rise and fall together, chatter cadence matches viewer counts, raids happen when the recommendation system would produce them, and poll participation tracks the chatter pool automatically. Premium has been a single SKU on Streamrise since 2021 and is designed specifically for streamers at or above Twitch Partner scale who need one invoice for accounting and one dashboard for day-to-day monitoring. A typical Premium customer runs 150–500 concurrent viewers across a 6–10 hour daily broadcast, with chatters at 15–22% ratio, raid events roughly every two hours, and poll-auto-participation on. The underlying subsystems are the same subsystems used by the à la carte products — identical account pool, identical geo logic, identical session-hold curves — but their coordination layer is what makes Premium different. Geo-targeting precision is the first engineered advantage. Base viewer orders accept a country filter; Premium accepts country plus region within large countries (US West / US East / US South / US Midwest; EU West / EU East / CIS; LATAM split by North / South; APAC by JP / KR / SEA). Region splitting matters when your channel language or sponsor read is geo-specific — a US-West-only stream should not have its viewer composition skewed toward CIS timezones at 3am UTC, and a Brazilian channel should not show up with 40% Russian chat during a Portuguese broadcast. Streamrise's geo pool has been accumulated over nine years; the country distribution of accounts in each region mirrors census-weighted internet usage, not whatever countries were cheapest to acquire from. Chatter inclusion is the second layer. Raid frequency is configurable from none to every 60 minutes; default is every 120 minutes on daily orders. Poll and giveaway participation closes the loop. When you start a Twitch poll mid-stream, Premium chatters automatically vote with a realistic distribution (configurable — balanced default, skew-positive for sponsor reads, skew-random for genuine chat-choice moments). When you run a channel-points giveaway, chatters in the pool submit entries at the rate a real chat would. Neither feature exists in any standalone product Streamrise sells; both are Premium-only. Premium tier unit economics explained honestly: Premium daily pricing is roughly 15–20% above the sum of equivalent à la carte viewer + chatter + raid + poll orders. That premium pays for (1) the orchestrator licence that coordinates four subsystems in sync, (2) the dedicated raider-channel pool which is capex-heavy to build and maintain, (3) the category-detection polling and dynamic chatter-pool swap logic, and (4) bundled 24/7 priority support with a named account manager at monthly commits above $3,000. For Partner-tier streamers running 300+ viewers daily with chatter and raid needs, the Premium price works out below the arithmetic sum because the line items are consolidated, the account manager covers what would otherwise be support-ticket time, and the orchestration prevents mismatch events that manifest as chat-or-viewer-count drift visible to moderators.
