Every commission passes through a moderation queue before it credits your balance — this is how the program defends against fraud. Verify your email — the program requires email verification before a link is issued.

When a visitor arrives via your link a 30-day attribution cookie is set. If they register while it is live, their account is permanently tagged as your referral.

How attribution, moderation and fraud defence work
Attribution runs on an HTTP cookie set when a visitor arrives with your referral code. Cookie persists 30 days. Registration within the window attributes to your account; subsequent qualifying payments credit your commission balance.

What is the commission rate?
The exact current rate is displayed in the program terms on the Referral tab of your Streamrise account and on each commission row in the dashboard. Rates are administratively tunable so the dashboard is the authoritative source.
Is there a lifetime cap on commission from one referral?
Yes — each referer-referral pair has a lifetime cap in your account currency. Once hit, new commission stops for that pair but already-approved earnings remain on your balance.
Why does the referred person's email need to be verified?
Payouts where the referred customer has an unverified email are held with an unverified-email flag and cannot approve until they verify. Primary defence against bot-registered referrals.
How do I receive commission — external payout or internal credit?
Approved commission credits your Streamrise balance and logs to balance history. You spend balance on Streamrise orders. No external card or crypto payout — commission is wallet credit. Commission rates subject to change.
Can I refer myself on a second account?
No. Self-referral is detected via IP, payment-method matching and registration-pattern heuristics. Rejected attempts do not pay commission.
How long does the attribution cookie last?
30 days. Registration within the window makes attribution permanent on the account record — cookie no longer matters after that.
What if my referred customer charges back?
Commission on a charged-back payment can be clawed back. Dashboard shows the row transitioning from approved to clawed back with the amount reversed from balance history.
Must I be an active Streamrise customer to participate?
No — earn and spend commission without being an active buyer. Most referrers do convert balance into their own orders over time.
Can I run paid ads on my referral link?
Yes on most keywords. The one restriction — paid ads bidding on Streamrise (or typo variants) as the keyword itself are not permitted to protect brand traffic. All other keywords fine.
