How do I tell if ViewerLabs — or any panel — is still worth using before I switch?
We can't vouch for another company, and we won't pretend to. What we can give you is the three checks that actually matter — run them on any panel in five minutes: (1) is it still shipping updates, or has delivery quietly degraded on larger orders; (2) after an order, do you get a per-account timestamped delivery log, or just a "completed" badge; (3) does it ever ask for your password instead of only your public channel link? Streamrise's answers — continuous development, a per-order log on every order, channel-link-only — are all verifiable on a free test order.
Will Streamrise honor an unfinished ViewerLabs order I already paid for?
No — we can't refund another panel's order, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do: if you have a ViewerLabs credit you can't get back, we can shape your first paid order at Streamrise to give you equivalent delivery quality at a comparable price point. Email support with the order ID; we'll quote you a mirror order.
Is the move from ViewerLabs price-neutral?
For most orders, yes — moving from ViewerLabs is usually a price-neutral switch. Where Streamrise pulls ahead is on the things that aren't on the price tag: a weekly-refreshed account pool, real-time dispatch, an Affiliate-Safe tier, and a per-order log. Set our published rate next to ViewerLabs' on the day you check for a like-for-like read.
Why does Streamrise only need my channel link, not my password?
You're sending viewers to a public channel, and watching a public channel never requires the streamer's password — the same way a real viewer doesn't need your login to watch your stream. So the only thing we ask for is your public channel link. Any panel asking for your Twitch credentials is asking for account access you should never hand over.
Can I cancel partway through a paid Streamrise order?
Yes, with a refund proportional to remaining delivery. A 1,000-viewer 3-hour order cancelled at the 1-hour mark refunds two-thirds of the cart total to your original card. The cancellation request fires through the dashboard or by email; no friction.
Do you cover Kick as well as Twitch?
Yes. Running a dual-platform channel on a Twitch-only panel forces you to juggle two services; Streamrise delivers Kick viewers, followers and clip views alongside the Twitch catalogue, so one account covers both platforms.
